Algotraction (operated by DeblockX Labs) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the AEO audit report to your email address
To communicate regarding your order status and report delivery
To respond to support requests and inquiries
To improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage data
To send service-related updates (not marketing, unless you opt in)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service:

Lemon Squeezy LLC, payment processing and order management (Merchant of Record)
Google Analytics, anonymized website usage analytics
Netlify / hosting provider, website infrastructure

All third-party processors are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

4. Data Retention

Order records and delivered reports are retained for 12 months from the date of delivery. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Algotraction services operated by DeblockX Labs. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Algotraction provides AI Engine Optimization (AEO) audit reports and related data intelligence services. Our primary service involves analyzing brand visibility across AI engine platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) and delivering a scored diagnostic report.

2. Order & Delivery

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Lemon Squeezy
You will receive an onboarding email within 2 business hours of purchase confirming your order
Reports are delivered to the email address used at checkout within 48 hours of order confirmation
Delivery timeline begins after you provide the required brand URL and context information
Complex or large-scale audits may require additional time; we will notify you in advance

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You may not:

Submit URLs or brands you do not have authorization to analyze
Use delivered reports for competitive intelligence against the analyzed brand's owner
Resell or redistribute reports without written permission (Agency plan holders have white-label rights)
Attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis methodology or systems

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered report for your internal business purposes. All report formats, scoring frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of DeblockX Labs.

5. Limitation of Liability

AEO audit reports represent a data-based analysis at a specific point in time. AI engine responses change frequently. Algotraction does not guarantee specific outcomes or ranking improvements as a result of implementing report recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every Algotraction audit. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

Short version: Full refund before report delivery. No refund after delivery unless the report contains material errors on our part.

1. Pre-Delivery Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation before we have delivered your completed audit report. To request a pre-delivery refund, contact us at deblockxlabs@gmail.com with your order ID.

Pre-delivery refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy LLC.

2. Post-Delivery Refunds

Once your audit report has been delivered, refunds are issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

The report contains significant factual errors attributable to our analysis process
The delivered report does not materially correspond to the service description
Technical failure prevented delivery within the stated 48-hour window and no resolution was provided

Post-delivery refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of report delivery with a written description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Dissatisfaction with AI engine scores (scores reflect real-time data at analysis date)
Failure to implement recommendations leading to no score improvement
Requests made more than 7 days after report delivery
Growth or Agency plan subscription fees for months already served

4. Subscription Cancellations

Growth and Agency monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing period.
